Ruby Rewards

This is a free-to-join loyalty programme for all players who stake cash on bingo tickets, slots and scratchcards at Ruby Bingo. Points will be awarded to you and you can exchange them for 50p Bingo Bonuses or 50p Games Bonuses at any point.

It’s split into six different levels. Simply, the more you stake the more points you’ll earn and the more points you have the better the level you will be on. Move up the levels to get a better exchange rate on your points.

You must earn a certain number of points each month to stay on the level you are on.

It doesn’t matter which level you are on, for every £1 cash spent on bingo tickets, every £10 cash spent on slots and £5 cash spent on scratchcards we’ll give you 1 point.

You can swap your loyalty points for either Bingo Bonus money or Games Bonus money. See the summary table above for the exchange rates for each level.

Open the Ruby Bingo software and under Account select Ruby Rewards and you’ll see a page displaying all the levels. A bubble will show you which level you are on and how many points you’ve collected so far that month.

A bubble will show you how many points you have collected so far that month and the summary box to the right will show you the number of Redeemable Loyalty points you have in total. This is the number of points that you have available to exchange at that given time.

Go to the Ruby Bingo software and under Account select Ruby Rewards. Then click on the Redeem Points button.

Select which type of bonus money you want: Bingo or Games and then choose the number of points you want to redeem. The box next to that will show you the bonus money amount you are requesting.

Click on the Redeem button and accept the confirmation request to complete the redemption of your points. Your bonus account will be credited straight away.

Remember to exchange your points on a regular basis as any unused points will expire after 90 days.

The Loyalty Statement in the software shows you how many points you’ve redeemed for bonus money and the movements you make up and down levels.

Your current points balance is always shown in the Redeemable Loyalty Balance area in the top right hand corner.
