The Bingo Lobby

As soon as you have logged in, you will be taken to the bingo lobby.  
From here you’ll be able to access the bingo room of your choice by selecting the bingo game type tab: 90 Ball, 80 Ball, 75 Ball, Joker Jackpot, Multiplayer Slots or choose All Rooms to see everything.

From the Bingo Lobby, you can see which rooms are currently open and a timer for when the next game starts within that room.
There will be basic information, such as game name, maximum ticket allowance, price of ticket, number of people currently in that room and prize fund.  
For more bingo game details, click the View Schedule button or click Play to enter the room of your choice. 

At the top of the bingo screen , in the main navigation panel you will find a number of menu buttons:

Bonus Codes – click here to enter an issued bonus code and take part in certain promotions.

Schedule – Click here to search for bingo games and pre purchase tickets in advance.

Lobby – Click here to return to the main bingo lobby.

Account – clicking here will give you several further options as follows;

Options – This is where you can set your game preferences.  For example, sounds/volume,  your dabber style, shape and colour,  and chat font  and notifications.

Bank – from here you can manage your account: make deposits, withdrawals and invite a friend to play.

Bet History  - from here you  can see what games you have played and the results of these games. Also you can keep an eye on the  bonus funds you have been credited and used.

Select Promotions  - From time to time, we may offer you special promotions, from this screen you can keep an eye on the promotions you have been offered and how close you are to qualifying.

Help – open this area to get a full break-down of all the bingo and sidegame help details. 

In the top navigation panel you can also see the details or your balance.  These are broken down as follows:

Balance – This Balance shows your cash balance. Click on the green button to refresh the amount after depositing or playing. Click the blue button to hide/unhide the balance. 

Games Bonuses – this shows the amount of bonus funds available to play Ruby Bingo sidegames.

Bingo Bonus – this shows the amount of bonus funds available to buy Ruby Bingo bongo tickets. 

Stake – this shows how much you currently have staked on bingo tickets, 

Win – this shows the amount you have won in relation to your most recent stake.  The win amount will display for a short time before being added to Balance. 

Chat Area

In the lower left side of the screen is the Chat area. Here you’ll be able to see all the chat fun going on between other bingo buddies, and take part yourself. Type in a message in the lower part of the screen and press Send to post your message. 
 

In the chat area is a Profile tab. Here you can upload your photos and details about yourself for other players to see. You’ll also see an Inbox tab. Here you can send and receive private messages to other bingo buddies just like e-mail. You must make chat friends buddies before you can communicate with private messages. Do this by referring to the Buddies tab, selecting the friend you want to add and then clicking the Add Buddy button.

Bingo Area

On the top right hand side of the screen is all the information about the current bingo game.  Here you’ll be able to see the ball calls, the name of the bingo room you are in, the jackpot name and amount on offer, the name of the bingo game currently playing and the prizes being played for – 1 Line, 2 Lines and House. You’ll see the prize money for each one, and once it’s won we’ll show the name of the winner. 

Below this are the bingo tickets.  A bingo purchaser box will pop up before each game.  Select the number of tickets you want to purchase by using the slider or the buttons with set amounts displayed. You’ll see the amount you’ve selected, the ticket price and the total price displayed. Click on Confirm to buy your bingo tickets.  

Your purchased bingo tickets will display as a different colour and ‘Bought’. If you want to buy certain tickets, click on them, and the ticket purchaser screen will appear asking you to confirm your purchase. 

As the game begins and the balls are called you can choose to automatically or manually dab the numbers. The number of balls ‘to go’ will display on each ticket you’ve purchased and the tickets will automatically re-sort so that the ticket closest to a prize will display at the top. Select the Ticket Options button to choose how you want the tickets to display.

When a prize is won a pop-up will display with the winner’s name and prize amount.

You can choose to play in other bingo rooms at the same time by selecting the Mini Lobby button. A list of rooms will display with the time of the next game, the prize amount, number of players and ticket price.

Select Add Room to add the room to your screen and play bingo. The new bingo room will load and show at the bottom of your screen. Buy your tickets through the ticket purchaser function and you’ll see the ticket appear in the mini screen.   This screen will always display the ticket closest to winning.  Normal game play information such as the ball calls, prizes and winners will also be displayed in this section. 

Alternatively, select Play Now in the Mini Lobby to exit the current bingo room you are in and go straight to the other.
