The Lobby When you log in to the game your first view is the lobby. You can see at a glance what games are playing, how much the prizes are and who the duty Chat Master is in each room. 
In the top right hand corner you will see your account balance. Click on the Cashier button to fund your account, cash out your winnings, refer your friends (to earn yourself some cash) or check your VIP status and your comp points. 
The Getting Started banner will take you to a detailed guide on the game and all its features. 
The Go Play button is a quick link to room you last played in. 
The banner at the bottom of the lobby will tell you about up and coming games and promotions. Just click on the banner for more information. 
Before you start, choose Options from the top menu and use the tabs to choose your game options. You can set the colour and shape of your dauber, pick a male or female caller, and set your system to sort your tickets so the best is on top. 
Once the game is set up to your liking, choose your room from the lobby and then click on the Play button to join in the fun. The Bingo Room When you arrive in your bingo room you will see three main areas:
Game Information The Game Information Panel appears about ten seconds after the end of a game and will remain until a game is about to start. It shows the ticket price and any special offers on tickets, the prize values at each stage of the game, the jackpot being played for and the number of players who have bought into the game. It will show how many tickets you have bought and the total cost. It also displays the time remaining until the next games starts.
When a game starts, the Game Information Panel changes to show the status of the game. As the balls are called they are marked off on the flashboard. The last five balls called are shown across the top. The colour of forthcoming balls can be seen above the flashboard – these colours relate to the five vertical rows on the flashboard. If you are waiting for number 69 to complete your Bingo, watch out for a green ball!
Hover over the Prize display at the top to see which player won that prize. 
Buying Tickets To buy tickets you can either select a whole strip by clicking on the selector button at the top or click on individual tickets. Once selected, press the Buy Tickets button to complete your purchase. 
You can buy tickets for forthcoming games by entering the number you wish to buy in the Tickets window. If you wish to choose the tickets, click on Select Manually. 
You also have the option of setting an Auto Buy feature which will buy tickets for you automatically at the start of each game. You can set how many games and a maximum ticket price. This feature will turn off if you leave the room or log out of the game. 
If you want to buy tickets for a specific game, you can click on the Future Games link. 
This will take you to a schedule where you can choose the game and then select tickets in the normal way. 
You can also reach a list of forthcoming and special games by choose from the Pre-Buy menu at the top of the screen. 
You can also check the details of any games you have played in the past by clicking on the History Games link or by choosing the History button at the top of the screen 
Chat When you’re ready to join in the chat, just type into the box below the chat window and click send. 
You can choose emoticons to add colour to your chat and use a range of shortcuts to save time. 
Click on the arrow next to Players and the list of players currently in chat will be displayed. 
If you want a private chat with a player, just double-click on their name in the list and a new chat tab will open. You can have up to four private chat sessions at a time. 
If another player is inviting you to join them in private chat, the small mail envelope icon above the chat window will flash. Just click on the envelope and the new chat tab will open. 
Cashier When you are ready to fund you account, or if you want to cashout winnings, or check your VIP Status, click on the Cashier button 
In the cashier you can select from a range of functions. You can deposit and cash out funds; check your transaction history; check you’re VIP status and cash in any comp points you’ve earned. You can also go to the Refer a Friend page and add the email addresses of three friends you’d like to invite along. If they sign up and fund their accounts, you’ll get a free gift from us.
