Unfortunately, email Anti-Spam filters are not perfect and occasionally filter out some of your legitimate mail preventing you receiving our promotional emails.
Don't let Spam controls spoil your fun! Simply add our email address: support@rubybingo.com to your email "Safe List", and you can be sure to receive news on all updates, promotions, bonuses and events.
Just take a few moments to follow the simple instructions below, and we will be able to send you e-mails containing all of the information you need.
Setting Up your Email Filtering options
Each e-mail provider / mail client software has its own method for adding addresses to the "Safe List". Please use the relevant instructions below to maximise your enjoyment of Ruby Bingo.
Outlook
- In the tools menu click "Address Book"
- Then under file choose"New Entry" and select "New Contact". This will open a new window.
- Enter: Ruby Bingo in the "Full Name" field, then type the address: support@rubybingo.com into the email address box.
- Click "Save and Close"
Hotmail or MSN
- Sign in to your Hotmail inbox.
- Click the "Options" tab, then open: "Junk E-Mail Protection", and click on "Safe List".
- Type: support@rubybingo.co into your safe list.
- Note: If you see one of our emails in your Junk Mail folder, click on 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having email from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.
Yahoo Mail
- Sign into your Yahoo inbox
- On the right hand side click on the "Options" menu and select "Mail Options".
- Select "Filters" and then click "Add Filter"
- The top row is labelled "From header". In the pull-down menu here make sure "Contains" is selected.
- Then enter the Ruby Bingo email address: support@rubybingo.com
- At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select " Inbox" from the pull-down menu
- Click the "Add Filter" button again
- If the Ruby Bingo emails have been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on "This is not Spam" next to the "From" field
Googlemail
- Sign into your Googlemail inbox.
- Click on "Contacts" then select "Add Contacts"
- In the "Name" field enter: Ruby Bingo
- In the "Email" field enter: support@rubybingo.com
- Finally click "Add Contact".
AOL
There are two methods you can use:
1.
- Open your AOL mailbox.
- Go to keyword: Spam Controls.
- Open the latest email you have received from us.
- Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
2.
- Open an email you have received from us.
- Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
- A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
- Replace the address in the Send To box with the Ruby Bingo address support@rubybingo.com.
- Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
- This adds our email address to your "People I Know" list.
