Play Bingo

How can I see my game history?

To view your game history simply click on the Account tab and select Bet History, this will allow you to view your history even whilst playing another game.

Can I deposit money without leaving the game?

It is very easy to deposit money in the middle of a game. Click on the Account tab, select Bank and from there it is possible to deposit funds into your account whilst playing a game.

The multi-screen function allows you to easily deposit money without missing out on any of the excitement of a game.

My internet disconnected, am I still in the game?

Don’t worry, if your connection to a Bingo game is lost for any reason, as long as you purchased tickets before the game started you will be able to see the game results. If you restore connection and the game is still in progress, simple return to the bingo room where you purchased the tickets and you will be able to see the current status of the game. If by the time you have restored connection the game has completed, you will be able to see the results of the game in your bet history.

In case of a malfunction all bets and winnings are null and void.

I want to play! How can I buy tickets?

There are two ways you can buy tickets.

Log in to Ruby Bingo and in the lobby choose the room you want to play in. Tickets for the next game will appear on the screen. Click on the tickets you want to buy or use the Ticket Purchaser to select the number of tickets you want and then press Confirm to buy the tickets. If a game is in progress when you join the room, click the next game button to launch the ticket purchaser for the next game.

Alternatively, once you’ve logged into the lobby you can select View Schedule for your chosen room. Tickets can be pre-purchased here for any game using the buttons on the right hand side. Once you’ve selected all the tickets you want to buy click Purchase to confirm.

If you like to bulk buy tickets then choose the schedule button when you are inside a bingo room from the top navigation bar, from here you can buy tickets up to seven days in advance across all the different Ruby Bingo rooms

What is Autobuy?

You can set up Autobuy to automatically buy tickets for you at the start of each game in the room of your choosing. You must be in that room to set up the Autobuy function on the ticket purchaser screen, during the ticket sales phase.
Click on Autobuy to turn the function on. Autobuy can be switched off at any time between games in the ticket purchaser screen, and automatically turns off when you leave the room.

I have bingo! How do I let others know?

If you have a winning claim, the software will know automatically meaning you don’t have to worry.

Is there a way to tell how many players are in the game?

Just go to the lobby to see the number of players in each of the rooms. The number of players who have purchased tickets for the current game is also shown in the game information area above the tickets.

Can I play side games like slots while I’m playing bingo?

You can play the side games such as slots, scratchcards, keno, roulette and blackjack right in the game screen itself, just above the chat window.

You can un-dock up to three different games to play at the same time by selecting the + button.

Where can I access a schedule of upcoming games?

On entering the lobby you’ll see the list of bingo rooms and to the right is a View Schedule button. Select this to open the schedule of forthcoming games in that room. Through the schedule you can select different days and times of when games are playing and even move to different rooms to then see their schedules.

Where can I get help when I need it?

Our Customer Services Team is ready to help you any time of the day or night, every day of the year, through chat , e-mail or on the telephone. Simply go to the Contact Us page of our website for all our contact details. Alternatively view our help section in the software, it tells you everything you need to know

How can I adjust my sound? I can’t hear anything!

From the Account tab select Options, and then the Sounds tab from the box that pops up. Here you can adjust the volume of everything you hear, the caller, sound effects and background noise.

Ensure that they are enabled by making sure that the box is checked. To mute all sounds, click off the tick that is shown under the Master column. Also, check that your computer’s audio settings and your speakers are functioning correctly.

Do I have to dab my numbers manually?

No, we have an automatic dab feature if you choose not to dab manually. When you have bought your tickets and the game starts you’ll see a Ticket options button just above the tickets. Use this to select Auto Dab, sort Tickets and Sort strips. You can select the shape and colour of the dab, as well as the dabber you use by going into Account and selecting Options, then Game.

How many tickets can I play?

The maximum number of tickets you can play varies from game to game. The limits are shown in the game information on the right hand side of the game screen.

What are the prices of the games?

Ticket prices will vary from nothing at all to 50p - varying by room and time of day. You can check the price of tickets in the room’s schedule.

How many people do I play against normally?

This will vary depending on how many people are online at any particular time. Ruby Bingo is a global website so the chances are you will always find a large group of people playing twenty-four hours a day. The number of players in a game is always displayed in the bingo room and in the lobby. The number of players online normally increases during special games with set jackpots and prizes.

Can I chat to the other players who are playing?

Of course you can, chatting with other players is a large part of the enjoyment of online bingo. Unlike other online games which do not offer this feature, we feel that part of what makes bingo so special is the interaction with other players.

Within the main chat room you can chat, in English, with players across the globe and once you’ve made friends you can add them to your Buddy List to chat privately.

You can also play our great chat games within the chat room, win some prizes and make new friends all whilst you are playing bingo!

Ruby Bingo also features the exciting function of player profiles; you can complete yours to tell other players a bit about yourself and even upload photos.

When I reach Bingo – what happens next?

As you begin to get close to having a Line, 2 Lines or Full House your tickets change colour. Using the Ticket Options button you can select Auto Sort so that the tickets nearest bingo appear at the top of the list.

When you get to 1TG your ticket will start to flash and you’ll hear a heartbeat sound.

When you reach Line, 2 Lines and House another screen will appear telling players who has won, the prize they have won and the amount. Your account will automatically be credited with your prize; just click on the green Refresh button in the Balance section to update it.

If you have pre-bought tickets and not attended the game, any winnings you have will show in your account the next time you log on.

I won! Why didn’t I receive the full prize amount shown?

This will be because you have tied with another player. Because of the way bingo works a tie is very rare, however, on occasion more than one player will win at once. The prize can be split between multiple people and therefore will be split equally between all the winners.

I won the Bingo Jackpot! What’s next?

Congratulations! The CM will confirm the win and you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Services Team. Once your account has been verified your account will be credited with your winnings. We ask you to allow at least 72 hours for this process to take place.

I’m ready to cash out! Where can I withdraw my money?

All withdrawals and deposits are made through the Cashier. Click on the Account tab within the software and then click on Bank and select Withdraw. Select the payment method you want to withdraw to, the amount and click Withdraw.

I’m having technical problems. Who do I turn to?

The first step is to try and chat with one of the Chat Moderators inside the chat room. Should there be a large number of people within the chat room and it is not possible for the CM to speak to you, then our online Customer Services Team is available to help.
