What are Superbooks?

Superbook tickets are offered in some of our free bingo games. You can trade in your free tickets to paid-for tickets which have an enhanced prize.

How will I know if a game has Superbooks?

If a free bingo session promotion has Superbooks available, we’ll tell you about that in the promotion details on site.
In the Ruby Bingo software, you’ll see that games feature the Superbook ‘S’ logo, like this:

What Will I Win?

It depends on the game; Superbook tickets will be called either "Free or 5x" or "Free or 10x". On a "Free or 5x" game, you will get five times the prize money you would receive for a win on a free ticket.

How Do I Upgrade to Super Tickets?

In a Superbook game you, and other players, will be awarded the same amount of free tickets. You can choose to trade in any number of your free tickets. You can do this by using the Superbooks Ticket Purchaser, as shown below:

When you have chosen the number of Superbooks tickets you would like, the price will be displayed and you just need to click on Confirm before the game starts to buy the tickets.

You can trade in your free tickets for Superbooks tickets at any point before the game starts and sales close. The Superbooks ticket will have the ‘S’ logo showing in the background.

What if it's a split?

The prize money will be split between all the winners, if you have a winning Superbooks ticket, your prize money share will be multiplied by the amount stated in the game name.

So, if you are playing "Free or 5x" and the line prize is £10 and there are two winners, each player will receive £5 if it’s won on free tickets, but if one of the players has upgraded the winning ticket to a Superbooks ticket, they will get five times the prize money, and receive £25!
